Pork - Bacon Ends and Pieces

The same great bacon you love, but in large chunks and little pieces. These are the parts of the slab that our slicer isn't able to slice or damages in the process. They can frequently be found in our family's kitchen diced and put into beans, omelets, and soups or even ground with venison in the fall. They're a great option for any recipe that calls for bacon when presentation doesn't matter.
