Hog Roasts

Greg uses his custom-built stainless steel grill to roast whole hogs as well as a variety of other items. We have roasted hogs for the Chicago Cubs, Riot Fest, Farm Aid, Chef Rick Bayless, countless weddings, private events, and many more.  We will roast the pig on site overnight and then carve and serve the pork for you.
