Pork - Center Cut Pork Chops

A package of two 8-oz center-cut pork chops.

You don't need to be a Master Chef to master these pork chops. Nothing more than a little salt & pepper before going on a hot grill (450* F) for ~4 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 145* F. Simple & tasty!
