Boneless, Double-lobe Turkey Breast

Few products showcase the wonderful flavor of pasture-raised poultry quite like a double lobe breast.

These large (5 to 8 lb) breasts are cut from both sides of the breast bone with the skin still attached in the middle. As such, the skin locks in moisture through smoking, grilling and roasting to produce a wonderfully moist, flavorful meat. They are also a great option to try out rubs and marinades in a sous vide recipe or to dice and use in place of chicken breast.
