Odds are, you haven't had duck like this before. We take pride in raising our birds outside, where they're able to forage a more diverse diet than what they'd get in a barn. Further, we raise our ducks a full month longer than the industry standard. The resulting product has a more robust skin that crisps better and meat that is significantly darker than most of the duck on the market. Cooked right, well raised duck is the best meat out there.
