Lamb - T-bone Chops

Lamb t-bone chops. If you've never had lamb, these are a great place to start. We raise hair sheep, primarily dorper and katadhin crosses, which are known to be absent of the lanolin-ish flavor that some taste in wool breeds. These are grass fed and grass finished. While we don't fatten our sheep on grain, we take pride in our pasture management and our animal performance on just forage. Don't expect the fat content of a grain fed animal, but rather the deep red meat, off white fat, mild marbling and clean taste attributed to proper grass management.
