Pork - Breakfast Sausage Links

This is our classic black pepper and sage breakfast sausage, stuffed into little 2oz links. We use natural 30/32 hog casings, yielding a short and fat style of link. These are well suited to the grill or for those who like to crisp up the outside of the sausage without overcooking the middle.
