A 1-pound package of our hickory-smoked bacon. Smoked over real hickory wood, there's no liquid smoke or anything of that nature added. All of the flavor comes directly from the burning hickory logs. Our bacon is also free of synthetic nitrates and sugar free. (But believe me, you'd never know it was sugar free by tasting it!)
Ingredients: Pork, Salt, and Celery Powder
*No nitrites or nitrates added except those naturally occurring in celery juice powder.
